Responsibilities:
•Involved in activities like selling products & services to new & existing clients, developing business relationships with key regional customers and visiting clients to secure new business proposals
•Generating proactive sales, revenue & enquiry through Lead Management System Selling /delivering as wide range of company products and services to clients as possible, in order to optimize profits.
•Building up new business communications, preparing quotations & proposals, and striving to win contracts.
•Overseeing key account management for OEM’s in the region
•Coordinating between business partners & customers and arranging training sessions.
•Conducting seminars & giving presentations for end-customers and to OEM’s
•Supervising daily activities such as solving technical queries, closing order, maintaining, updating & reporting the account plan to the Managing Director.
•Travelling to client locations.
•Knowledge of basic software of Metrology products
•Should be able to update customer data on CRM software in order to keep track
•Should be submitting weekly/ monthly and quarterly data for all the work done and proposed work to be done
•Will be responsible for the execution of the goals which are set and subsequently the profitability for the region.
•Will be reporting to the RSM South.
•Proven track record to maintain PR in Government business and carrying very good relationship with clients.
Required Skills:
•Successful previous experience as a sales representative.
•Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
•Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
•Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering | Post Graduate Qualification in Sales / Business Management | 8 Years of Experience in the relevant field.

We are looking for Inside Sales Specialist with the below-mentioned requirements on an urgent basis. The inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for securing sales by reaching out to clients to sell products and services.
Responsibilities:
•Communicate with customers through calls or email
•Understand customer queries and respond to them in a very polite manner.
•Be smart in locating new sales opportunities.
•Negotiating sales terms and providing product demonstrations.
•ISS will be responsible for updating the CRM system, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
•Should be ready for Exhibitions and to attend industry events.
•Responsibilities of ISS include making calls and following up with clients, developing relationships with potential and existing clients.
•Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
•Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
•Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

•CAD designing additional benefits (Solidworks, Inventor, Unigraphics, Catia)
•Background from service industries to handle different requirements
•Skilled to understand engineering drawings (Dimensioning & GD&T)
•Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional Languages.
•Ready for constant travel.
